Christmas 2010

Berish Family 2010

Since I am very behind and forget to blog, i thought I would catch up starting with Christmas.  Like we do every year, we spent our Christmas Eve having our "Military Families" at our house for dinner.  Being away from home this, we meet new friends who become our family away from home and we enjoy their company every time.  We had a great time... lot of food, great company, and great conversations.  The adults had fun getting on the Wii and playing some Just Dance, and the kids enjoyed their time with friends and making a mess of their rooms, lol.   I captured some picture of the families that attended but a few were missed, but we still enjoyed their company.

Randy, Mary, and Jayden- The Hoffer Family
Luis, Terri, Lydia, Carlos, Taina- The Rivera Family

Terrance, Nina, James, and Jamie- The Smith Family

We also decide during our Thanksgving dinner that we were going to do Secret Santa. We had some fun with as well... the kids definitely enjoyed that because Santa (Josh) decided to make an appearance.  The all new who if was... but they got a kick out of it and so did we... it was hilarious.  Santa and his little helper, Lana, passed out the Secret Santa gifts.

After the party, the boys got the cookies and milk ready for Santa, opened their Christmas Eve present, new pajamas of course... and got ready for bed before Santa made his way to the Berish residence.
All excited... cowboy cookies and milk for Santa...

The Brothers in their Christmas Spongebob jammies...
They were excited for Santa's arrival.  We skyped Grandma and went straight to bed, no fuss, no whining... we didn't even have to yell for them to quit playing and go to bed.  They were exhausted from all the days festivities.  Santa finally came through the Berish house and of course left lots of presents...

Ma'Kai kept trying to go for the presents...

The next morning... or late morning... i woke up around 10 and knew everyone was tired... everyone was still asleep including Ma'Kai... I had to wake everyone up... I finally did around 11...

He was still sleepy... he had to be woken up...

Oh yea... they were really happy to be getting new jersey's...

He need a bottle first...

Ok, now he's awake and ready... he's saying "LET ME OUT!!!!

Big brother's helping Ma'Kai open up his presents...

The boys were happy with all their presents... of course they played with it for the rest of the day.  While they played with their new toys... i cooked "breakfast"... more like brunch, lol... or lunch... by this time, it was noon, lol.  So I had some pancakes, eggs, and bacon.  After we spent some family time together, i started cooking some mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and root beer ham for our Christmas dinner at the Rivera's house.  More good company and good food!!!

This Santa outfit has been passed down since TaShaun... surprisingly, it's 6-9 months and it's fit all of them, lol.

Mcihael's present... he wasn't expecting at all... that's why it was the Rivera's house... it took him awhile to notice it too...

He was opening it... it was his poker table... i bought the wrong one but it's ok... lol
